The Texas Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy (“Texas Jump$tart”) connects diverse financial education champions who work together to prepare Texas youth for lifelong financial success. It is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Texas since 2003.
Texas Jump$tart creates awareness and forms collaborative partnerships among diverse financial education champions by:
Engaging with the national Jump$tart organization and other state Jump$tart coalitions to identify best practices in preparing youth for lifelong financial success.
Communicating via the Texas Jump$tart website and through other methods to gather and share financial education information specific to Texas.
Building awareness about financial literacy efforts across the state of Texas.
Texas Jump$tart connects diverse financial education champions who work together to prepare Texas youth for lifelong financial success.
We envision a Texas where all youth are equipped to make informed personal financial decisions. We envision a nation of financially capable youth.
